A Disappointing Experience Ruined by Poor Service

Our family stayed for one night and faced numerous issues. No hot water was available, and we encountered a rude manager who unjustly charged us for a stained towel. I recommend checking room conditions thoroughly before arrival and ensuring clear communication with the staff.
